Local Ornithological Organisations

A number of Birdwatching clubs and organisations exist within Clwyd and the some are included here. Most have very modest annual fees and all of them offer outdoor and indoor meetings throughout the year. Details can be obtained from the Secretaries at the following addresses.

The Clwyd Bird Recording Group (CBRG) of which Norman is also Chairman, publishes a Report of Bird Sightings in the Clwyd area. The report for 1993-5 was recently published and is available from the secretary:

The report costs £2.00 and includes several interesting articles. The 1999 report is to be published soon, enquire for details. The Wrexham Birdwatchers also produce an Annual Report which is avialable from the address given above.
